General Terms & Conditions

All rights, obligations, orders and agreements that fall under these General Terms and Conditions are applicable under Dutch Law and Jurisdiction.
In the case of translation or explanation of the contents of www.h-a-a-s.com, the Dutch version of the text on this website and these General Terms and Conditions will remain determinate.

1. General

These conditions are applicable to all sales and agreements between HAAS and the consumer. HAAS will apply these conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing. If articles are ordered from HAAS, the consumer automatically accepts our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

Once an order has been placed, the consumer directly receives an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order.

We strive to send all orders (of items which are in stock) within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment from the consumer. For items which are not in stock, please contact us at info@h-a-a-s.com for the approximate delivery time. In the case of any malfunction, beyond HAAS’ control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. HAAS will keep the consumer informed of the status of the order. We strive to keep our website (www.h-a-a-s.com) as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices indicated on HAAS’ website are in Euros and include VAT (value added tax). Consumers are able to make payments electronically to HAAS in many different ways. For the differing payment methods please refer to the section “Payment” on our website. Shipment of the order will take place once HAAS has received payment for the order including the shipping costs. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found under "Shipping & Delivery".

4. Shipping & Delivery

All packages are sent well protected and secured. We work with DHL and PostNL, so you can always track & trace your package on its way to you.

We are happy to offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €100,-. We strive to deliver your order within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment. For Europe and other countries the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days. Please note that the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. If you have an urgent request, please contact us so we can arrange express delivery.

We offer a “free pick up service” on below address. Please contact us so we can make an appointment to handover your order.

5. Transfer of ownership

At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the articles, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.

6. Returns & Exchanges

HAAS takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are always entitled to return or exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery. When you want to return or exchange a product, please send us an email at info@h-a-a-s.com and include your order and payment details.

You can return your products to below address. Please note that the shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that happen during the return shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged products will not be accepted. Products must be returned in unused and undamaged condition, including all original packaging. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the goods have been accepted we will send you a refund within 14 days.

7. Questions & Complaints

If you have a question or a complaint concerning any of our products or procedures, please contact us at info@h-a-a-s.com. We will do our utmost best to get back to you within 5 business days.

8. Privacy policy

HAAS finds it very important to ensure that all of the consumer’s personal information is treated with utmost care and security. HAAS will not give the consumer’s personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order. When placing an order, HAAS requires the consumer’s name, invoice address, delivery addresses and payment details so that the order can be processed. The payment details will only be used to conclude the payment process. If the consumer subscribes to our newsletter or RSS, their personal details will be used to keep them informed of changes in our assortment, special offers, website improvements and other relevant information pertaining to HAAS. Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the amount of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.

9. Liability

All articles in the assortment of HAAS have been produced with the greatest care. HAAS cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the articles sold by HAAS and/or materials or accessories becoming undone.

10. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The content of this website has been compiled with the greatest care. However, the information on our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. HAAS cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. The actual colour of products can differ from the colours shown on computer screens. HAAS cannot be held responsible for variations in colours.

11. Force Majeure

HAAS is entitled, at its own choice, in case of Force Majeur, to cancel your order, or to cancel the purchase agreement without legal intervention, by informing the client in writing.

All information on HAAS’ website is protected by copyright. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of HAAS.

13. Acceptance of General Conditions

Please note that by using HAAS’ website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website or placing an order following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.
